are the pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?

yes, every piece is dishwasher and microwave safe. however I recommend to mostly washing it by hand just to be safe.

how is your ceramics made?

they are made from stoneware clay and fired at approximately 1200 ºC. each mug is individually made and completely unique, no two are ever the same.

do you accept returns?

no. as a small business startup the pieces are mostly personified and we do not offer returns or refunds.

how can you make sure your packaging is safe?

each item is carefully packed and protectively wrapped.

what if my piece arrives damaged or broken.

in that case contact me at lovi.art@outlook.com or on instagram dm @lovi.ceramics with photos of the broken item and your piece will be replaced or refunded. 

how long is the delivery time?

sweden: 2-3 business days
within the EU: 4-7 business days
international: 5-10 business days

please note that these times apply only to non-customized pieces.

since custom orders are specially made just for you, the delivery time is a bit longer (3–7 weeks). once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking link right away!

in rare cases, there may be slight delays, if that happens I’ll make sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

is international shipping available?

yes, I ship worldwide.
