When you buy a personalized item, please note that purchases cannot be cancelled. However, if you encounter any issues such as receiving a faulty product or an incorrect order, you have the right to return the item within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. All orders are shipped from Sweden and can be tracked through PostNord.

Please be aware that any customs, import taxes, or other related fees are the responsibility of the customer. Kindly check with your local post office for further information on these charges.
